Basque-Inspired Apple Cider
Twelve unique apples, grown holistically from Kordick Farm out of Westfield, NC. Naturally fermented in a French oak white wine barrel. Stylistically sour, tannic and dry with a creamy, full mouthfeel.
Dry Strawberry Wine
This rosé beauty has the color and nose expected to please the dry wine crowd that has a love for strawberries. Grown from local strawberries that were processed the day of picking from Johnson Family Farm in Hendersonville, NC. This wine is 100% made from ripe strawberries.
2022 Pinot Grigio
Chilean juice from the Colchagua Valley. The chalky soil and cool night of this region produce dry crisp wines like Northern Italian Pinot Grigios.
2022 Chenin Blanc
A French Loire Valley grape most known in South Africa as the Steen grape, brought in by the Huguenots. It tends to be delicate with bright acidity, but the hot season of California allows for a larger mouthfeel. We barrel fermented this wine in neutral oak while undergoing malolactic secondary fermentation.
2023 Barrel Aged Chardonnay
South African sourced juice aged in French oak with notes of lemon, pineapple and vanilla.

2022 Syrah
California fruit aged in American oak. Lighter in body with notes of cranberry and spice.
2022 Zinfandel
California Central Valley fruit using Rockpile yeast propagated from the same region as the fruit. This big and full-bodied wine is packed with blackberry and vanilla notes.

2022 Chambourcin
We aged our first vintage in Hungarian oak barrels. This gave us a slightly tannic and creamy finish.
2023 Chambourcin
This red wine has been aged in stainless steel capturing a full cherry bouquet. Bright acidity and great color.
